Edward E Akers, 89, Army Veteran, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024. He leaves behind his two daughters, Jeanne (Shaun) Kelly and Sandra (John) Perritt. Ed also has 7 grandchildren; siblings, Anthony Pignato and Stephanie Watson, siblings, Kimberly Phillips, Laura Kersey, David Perritt, Jennifer Perritt, and Daniel Perritt. Ed also leaves behind 6 great-grandchildren.
Ed's cremains will be scattered at sea in the city he loved.
