SADIE INOUYE Obituary

SADIE SADAE INOUYE 101, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2024. She was born in Honolulu on November 22, 1922 and a graduate of McKinley High School class of 1940. She held several civil service positions within the Federal Government while obtaining her real estate license. She retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Realty Specialist in 1984. After retiring she enjoyed gardening and kept active with ballroom, line and bon dancing. She also danced with Miyazono Minyo Japanese dance group and performed around Oahu, Las Vegas, and Japan. She is survived by daughters Leatrice (Glenn) Higuchi; Joanne (Thomas) Imada; Charlene (Gary) Young; 7 grandchildren; 9 great- grandchildren. Private services were held.
