Passed away peacefully in his sleep on 17.01.2016. Aged 93. A WW2 Veteran. Loving father to Garry, father-in-law to Maureen, stepfather to Paul & Carol Turnbull. Loving grandad to Tina, Melanie & Zane Arthur. Dearest Poppa & great-grandad to Melanie & Jayden Smith, Indianna & Lachlan Grant. Loved his wife, family, bowls, rugby, garden & breeding birds. The eldest of eleven children he gave us all the best he could, with all he had and will be sadly missed.
Forever in our hearts.
According to the family's wishes a private cremation has been held. (Sonny was in the care of Rose City Funeral Home Phone 06 354 8888)
