My condolences to Ann and family. It was my privilege to know Wes. I was especially impressed with his compassionate and caring manner when dealing with his patients, his colleagues and many others. A real gentleman. May he rest in peace.

Thank you Bow for giving me the opportunity to start my ambulance career, for your support, guidance and mentoring through the early years. Always enjoyed the great stories from your missionary years and your command of Te Reo at the most appropriate times.

Condolences to the family at this sad time.
My memories of Bow go back to Palmerston Hospital in the 1960's when he was a porter.
Later at Otaki as a Ambulance Officer. Always a gentleman, kind and considerate, loved and admired by all.
Although I lost contact with Bow (and Janet) after Otaki days, he is one man I will always remember.
Safe and at rest with the Lord.

Jennie & I send our love to Anne & all the family as you farewell Wes. I will always remember his favourite song He walks with me and He talks with me along life's narrow way
Wes loved Jesus intimately and he is now walking with Jesus in Paradise. Hallelujah <)))><

I had the pleasure for many years of knowing Bow at work. 37 years ago he transported my dad to hospital an hour away and I was able to talk
with him before he passed thanks to Bow. Bow came straight to see me as soon as he heard the news. He was such a calming presence, not only for me, but the many patients and their families he cared for throughout the years. A true gentleman who will be sadly missed by many. RIP Bow

Hi Bow
It was sad too hear that you have gone to be with The Lord but knowing it´s where you were longing to go makes it easier to accept and knowing you have been in pain for so long it is a blessing to know you will no longer have the pain to put up with.
You were a very special man Bow and I always enjoyed our time together and our spiritual chats we used to have. You will be sadly missed I really appreciated having you as a friend and thank you and Annn for organising my Baptism.
Rest in Peace Bow you certainly earned your place in Heaven.
Love and Blessings Always.
Jessie

Just the loveliest man, he was always a gentleman with a warm smile and ready for a chat, over the years when I would see him. The amazing care he gave myself and family members as a Paramedic and friend will always be fondly appreciated and remembered. RIP Bo
