Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 20 October 2025, aged 82. Husband to Jennifer Thompson. Much loved father of Simon, Rachael, Anna, Lucy and Nicholas, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Honest, dependable and always there when you needed him. He will be deeply missed by all.

An informal graveside service to celebrate Wally's life will be held at Fielding Cemetery on Tuesday 4th November 2025 at 2.00pm, followed by drinks at The Farmer's Son to share stories and remember his life. If you wish to reach out, please contact Nick 02041636427.
