STEPHENS, Vivian Sherill:
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Atawhai Rest Home in Taradale, Napier, after a lengthy battle with ill health. Much loved wife of Philip for 42 years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Christopher and Erica. Adoring Grandma of Toby, Hunter, and Elijah (Hawera). Cherished best friend of Gillian Ching (Napier). Special thanks to the amazing teams at the Hawke's Bay Hospital ATR Unit and Atawhai for their dedication, care and support of Vivian and her family. A private cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Vivian's life will be held at a date to be advised. Messages to the 'Stephens Family' C/- PO Box 7001, Taradale, Napier 4141.

I fondly remember Viv when I was nursing in the Rehab Unit at Palmerston North Hospital in the 80's. She gave me some very good advice and I have thought about her often and wondered how she was doing, so sad to hear of her passing. Rest well Viv.
