Passed away peacefully, aged 94, on December 24, 2024. Loving wife of Simpson (deceased). Mother to Gerard, Sally, Andrew and Jane. Gran to Fraser, Claire, Samantha, Sacha, Courtney, Logan, Sofia, Olivia and Andrew. Great-Grandmother to Lewis, Willa, Bonnie, Zela, Hendrix, Florence, Isobel, Knox and Oulayyah. Sister to Beryl, Alan, Ian (deceased), and Ken (deceased).
Will always be remembered as a caring and generous person who the whole family revolved around.
Special thanks to Bellevue Rest Home for their care. A private celebration to be organised by the family.

Our deepest condolences to the family and wider Berg family on the passing of Val after a long and fulfilling life.
It was lovely to catch up with family members five weeks ago as we celebrated the life of Aunty May here in Invercargill.
