I only have wonderful childhood memories of visits to Fielding. Whether random, invited or planned we were always warmly greeted and welcomed with smiles, nice conversation, piano recitals, singing, lots of love and laughter and full stomachs for our return drive home to Porirua.
Rest in peace now brother Trevor your job is done. Amen.

To Hazel and family. I first met Trevor when your children were very young and I used to help mind them and take them for a walk. In the later years, I remember spending a few hours with Trevor and Hazel at your home providing information on my dad ( Hec Stockman) from his bowling achievements at the Feilding bowling club to help Trevor collate the fantastic book on past history of the club. He will be missed by many. Love Joan McLeod .

Shorty was an instigator of the amalgamation of the two Feilding Bowling Clubs and was so valued in his work, especially with the two Presidents, to get this achieved. He was a great mate and always helpful and cheerful. Condolences to his family. He will be so missed.
