Thank you to Tony for sharing his life and adventures with me, from New York to Fiji to NZ even though we were never in the same place! We share an ancestor I think through James Wareham and Evelyn (Dolly) who was on the stage -- James was a pulblican and removed her from it ;) Their son was Jack Wareham, now in Paraparaumu Cemetery. Jack was one of many with brother Jimmy Wareham a wild one who had a farm on Pauatahanhui Hill Road and died in 86 when I was living in Tukino, the Wareham house in Lyall Bay that was lived in by a Maori Chief and founder of a church Wiremu Ratana. Please contact me if you are interested in any of this history and if we might be linked, out of friendship and respect!

Dear Tony, in the coolest of years flying and riding bikes together across the mud flung , mosquito infested back waters of the wildest Jungles of Borneo I never expected you to leave us all so soon. You only answered our needs and wanted nothing in return. May your journey now be filled with that Big Drum kit , A Kawasaki 450 and the dust you left behind you. My deepest condolences to all the Wareham Whanau.
