So sorry to read of Tom´s passing. Tom was an awesome man, great fun when socialising and just being Tom. I spent a few years with Tom when he was serving at RNZAF Base Ohakea. Myself at the Motor Transport Workshops. Tom was usually found at the refueling section, very busy at times refuelling various aircraft, playing cards or tinkering with his fast mini car that was most probably running on high octane aircraft fuel. Green river as we called it, the fuel was coloured Green. Now and then one of us mechanics was called over to assist Tom with his desire to go faster.
Rest In Peace Tom. You were a great man.
Condolences to your close family and Friends
