Thelma June Minnie (Tilly):
Passed away peacefully on Monday 8 March 2021, surrounded by family, at Aroha LifeCare. Aged 89 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Gibby. Loved sister of Betty. Mum of Gail and Kevin, Glenda, and Maxine and Michael. Stepmother of Barry, and John. Loved grandmother of Vaughan and Nadia, Aaron, Tony and Angela, Jarrad and Yumi, Danuel and Leigh, Alanna, Kerry-Jean and Brennan. Great-grandmother of Alyssa, Brodie and Curtis, Zen, Ana-Leigh, O'Shay and Azaria, Jackson, Te Ana, Mason, Werahika, Ruby, and Taurerewa. Grateful thanks to the staff at Aroha for the care and kindness shown to Mum and her family. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Child Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Thelma's life to be held at the Beauchamp Chapel, 167 John F Kennedy Dr, Palmerston North, on Friday 12 March 2021 at 11:00am.
