Suzanne ALLOMES Obituary

Of Feilding and Ohakune. Passed away surrounded by loving family on Tuesday 19 November 2024, aged 75 years. Treasured wife and soulmate of Don for 52 special years. Dearly loved Mum of Sarah (deceased), Abbie, Callan, Dennis, Veronica, and Jules. Nana Sue to Lachlan, Chase, Kaleb, Magnus, Mason, and Madison. Messages for Sue's family can be left via robertjcotton.co.nz/funerals-tributes. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Ward 23 and the ICU at Palmerston North Hospital for their care and attention. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society via cancer.org.nz would be appreciated. Friends are invited to a celebration of Sue's life in the Cotton's Chapel, 697 Main Street, Palmerston North, on Tuesday 26 November 2024, at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation.

Sue i dont even no were to begin although we are not blood family you became my family 6 and half years of therapy dealing with
trauma all hours day and night you safed my life numerous times
When you told me you were unwell you covered how bad it was to protect me
Ur suffering I should have been there with you for this is i am so sorry you created such a beautiful family home and life you helped me get to were I am today
Yes you were right the moment I stepped In the door you told me I will b ok
Il let you win that 1
I still have moments of picking up the phone to call or message you
You were my mum my family when I needed you no judgement just love and care and support
Acc is struggling to replace you im just giggling cause no one ever could you are 1 and a million

So very sad to hear of the passing of Sue.
We worked together at Freyberg High School, this is where we became friends.
Then we met again several years later on a different role where she was so loving and kind. Will always be thankful she came back into my life
