When you think about all your fondest childhood memories, what do you think of? For me it stupid things like riding my bike with my mates till it went dark, playing headers and volleys with my mates on bull cop, playing for Formby Town Team and going to the best birthday party of the year. Stuart Smith was present in all those events and for that I'm forever thankful. RIP Stu, you were the most naturally gifted all round sportsman I ever had the pleasure of playing alongside. You were also an even better friend.
