Stephen LAWTON Obituary

On Saturday 10th February 2024, peacefully at Arohanui Hospice. Aged 64. Dearly loved husband of Michelle. Dearly loved Dad of Daniel, Tania, Jennifer, and Janine. Much loved Poppa to Zara, Taylor, Elizabeth, Samantha, Michael, and Addy. Loved son of Graham and the late Shirley, and brother to Christopher, Kathy, Michael, and Cherie. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Manawatu Cancer Society at cancer.org.nz. A service for Stephen will be held in the Palmerston North Cosmopolitan Club, 22 Linton Street, Palmerston North, on Saturday 17th February 2024, at 2pm. Stephen's wishes were for you all to wear bright colours.

I worked with Stephen many years ago as well as playing cricket with him and his brothers. Always cheerful and positive in everything he did. My condolences to Stephens wife, children and grandies, also his dad Graham and his brothers

I have known Stephen for many years having played hockey in the Horowhenua. He was involved with hockey both in the Horowhenua and Manawatu, Firstly as a player and secondly as an umpire. I am sorry to hear of his passing and pass on my condolences to his family. Dave Colling
