As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

A beautiful service and remembrance of Stevens life. He would have been proud. Steven was a really good friend to my dad and a great listening ear for him. I will miss his visits and his wicked sense of humour. Steven, you are certainly a "one of a kind". I can only imagine what you, dad and Errol are up to up there x

So sorry to hear about Stephen's tragic accident; he lived a couple of doors down from me in Rata St; he had a crowd of us watching him extracting honey from his beehives, so interesting, and once he took me on a trip to Sixtus Lodge for a look around. RIP Stephen.

Our deepest sympathy at this sad time. Stephen was a great friend and colleague to many on our committee and worked hard to make Sixtus Lodge a success. He will be missed.

SIXTUS LODGE APITI
Stephen was one of the original members of the Sixtus Lodge Trust board.
He was an amazing handyman able to turn his hand to any maintenance required. Stephen was one of the major personnel who kept the grounds and lawns up to the high standard it is renowned for.
Latterly arthritis and age meant he had to reluctantly step back after 45 years of service.
RIP Stephen you did great service to the schoolchildren who use Sixtus Lodge as an introduction to outdoor education.
Thankyou.

Stephen was a keen 500 player twice a week at the City Mission Friendship Centre for the past few years.
He will be missed by us all
It was a pretty sad and shocked group of card players on Tuesday at your table, as we reflected on what your friendship and contribution to the group had meant.
RIP Stephen.
