I had the pleasure of meeting Stan about 5 years ago, and was sad this morning to read the news of his passing. He was a lovely man.

To Stan's family,
I've known Stan since about 1953, we were in the Feilding Brass Band together. We had a great time and after leaving the Band we remained great friends. The last time I spoke to Stan he was at the Manchester Street School reunion, he was quite chatty and it was lovely to see him.
Our sincere regards,
Keith and Natalie Maegaard

We were so sorry to hear about Uncle Stan. He was a great guy. Remember all the great times at picnics and get togethers. Mary was glad she got to meet him. Sorry I never got to play a round of golf with him, he said he was too good.. he was right. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To Stan's family, sincere condolences for the sad loss of a father, father-in-law, grandfather, and great-grandfather. I had the pleasure of playing golf, in Stan and Grace's company, back in the 1990's and 2000's. R.I.P.
