Makino Road has lost another one of its lovely people.
I have very fond memories of Mrs Wong .. she always stopped to say hello when I was on my skateboard or roller skates outside our place at number 135 (way back in the late '70s).
She was so kind to our family when my brother Troy passed away back in 1995. She dropped off baking and flowers and we never forgot her kindness. We will be thinking of the Wong family in the days ahead.
