Shirley Jean (nee Barnes):
Passed away peacefully on 26th April 2018, in her 88th year. Loved wife of the late Len, cherished mother and mother-in-law of Glen & Rose, Jenny & Murray Goss. Stepmother of Ngaire & the late Barry Hapeta, and Colin & the late Dot. Devoted Nanny of Matthew & Anna, Jeremy & Kate, Gareth & Sarah, Jonathan & Sarah, Meridy & Rob, Rowan & Jamie, and Logan. Great-grandmother of Robbie & Amanda, Hugo & Freddy, and Archer. Loved mother-in-law of Jen Haddon. Dearly loved sister of Graham & Betty, Pete & Chrissy, and Betty & the late Noel Thompson.

A service for Shirley will be held at William Cotton & Sons, 29 Beattie Street, Feilding, on Tuesday 1st May 2018 at 11.00am, followed by interment at Kelvin Grove Cemetery. Special thanks to the Staff of Arohanui Hospice.
