Samuel LINDSAY Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Edale Rest Home, surrounded by family on Wednesday 10 December 2025, aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Merle. Loved father and father-in-law of Kathryn and Pete; and Richard and Anna. Much loved Grandad Sam of Shaun and Deena, and Will; Tom, Georgie and Emily; and Grannydad Sam of Charli. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Parkinsons NZ at www.parkinsons.org.nz/donate. A service for Sam will be held in Feilding Funeral Chapel, 282 Kimbolton Road, Feilding on Wednesday 17 December 2025. Kick off 2.00pm. Followed by an after-match at the Feilding United AFC Clubrooms. For those unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed on Sam's tribute page at www.beauchamp.co.nz/tributes

Wonderful memories of dear Sam and his special walking style. Also, the many stories he would tell of Moari legends especially on a fishing trip to Lake Taupo. Such a lovely, caring man.
