Family and friends invite everyone to the unveiling of Sam's headstone on Saturday, 6 August 2016 at Kelvin Grove Cemetery, Palmerston North at 11am. Following the service, lunch will be served at the Community Leisure Centre next to the recycling center, 569 Ferguson Street, Palmerston North at 12.30pm.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
