Rosaline PUTU Obituary

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Arohanui Hospice (where she worked for 21 years) on Saturday, January 4, 2025; aged 86 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law to Sheryl and Nigel, Konrad and Sia, Jonnece and Gregor, Brennan and Carlynn, and Marshell and Tania. Cherished Nana/Grandma/Grandmother to Kylie and Amon, Luther, Grayson, and Sade, Tira, Arahi, and Kiwa, Thomas, Grace, Jonathan, Timothy, and Hannah, Teghan and Corban and her many great-grandchildren. Loved sister to Albert (dec), Margaret, and Maurice and Margaret. In accordance with Roz's wishes a private family cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering will take place at a later date.

We first met dear Ros when my daughter Tania and her son Marshell were dating. We shared many happy times since then, and we have very fond memories of her. She was such a lovely person and we enjoyed her company so much.

I met Roz 25yrs ago when I started working in the Inpatient Unit at Hospice.
She always delivered an exceptionally high standard of care to her patients.
Her family brought her such joy and she would talk about them with much pride
