Ronald Bruce (Ron):
Passed away peacefully at Waireka Rest Home, Pahiatua, on 7 July 2018, aged 84. Loved son of the late Harry and Mary. Loved husband of Winnie (dec) and Barbara (dec). Loved father of Mary; Shirley; John; Robbie; and Carol, and their respective partners. A loved grand, great-grand, and great-great-grandfather to all his grandchildren. A loved brother to Iris (dec), John (dec), Douglas (dec), Mon (dec), Jack (dec), Noel (dec), Eric (dec), Nancye (dec), and Robert. A special friend of Eleanor. According to Ron's wishes a private cremation service has been held. Messages can be sent to the Procter family, c/- PO Box 1014, Palmerston North.

To the Procter family, I feel very honored to have cared for Ron at Waireka. We got on so well I always called him son and he called me Mother even though I'm 20yrs younger. RIP my friend I will miss you but now no more pain
