Ronald FIELD Obituary
Of Pahiatua, with much sadness Ron passed away on Monday 31st January 2022, peacefully at Waireka Rest Home, Pahiatua, aged 83 years. Loved husband of Jenny, much loved and respected Dad of Paul and Kat, Terry and John, Michelle and Hone, Darrin, and Troy and Di. Treasured Grandad "Big Ron" of Shannon, and Jono; Ben, and Caleb; Shaun, Carl, Jermaine, Brit, Chase, and Sam; and Caitlin, and Jade. Great-grandad to Maddy, Bailey, Alex, Lily, Casey, Zoe, and baby Lupa. Cherished step-Dad of Scott, Cathie, and Iain. Loved brother of Shirley, and Marie and lifelong friend to Anne. Messages to Field Family, c/- PO Box 23, Pahiatua. Due to the Current COVID restrictions, Ron will be cremated and when the restrictions ease, a service will be held for family and friends to gather and celebrate his life.

Very sad to hear of Ron's passing.
One of the very best guys I have ever worked with.
A genuine hard worker, extremely knowledgeable of the Tararua electricity network, and just a great person.
I have always had a huge respect for Ron and I pass on my condolences to Troy and all the family. Ron will be missed.
