Sorry to hear of the recent passing of Ron. I have fond memories of working for him at BDO from 2009-2014. I learned a lot from Ron so I´m greatfuI I had the opportunity to work with him on his clients. I´m happy for him that he received a Life Membership of the MRFU before his passing. RIP.

Dear Barb,
I was so very grateful to have talked with Ron back in October. It brought back many memories of when we both worked for Mullaney and McCool Public Accountants. We had some fun times thanks to Ron´s sense of humour.

Amongst his many contributions to the wider Palmerston North community, Ron was on the Palmerston North Hospital Medical Trust for 15 years, chairing it for the majority of that time.
He was a generous and honourable man and the Trust was most appreciative of the professionalism he brought to the role. We remember him with fondness and respect. We extend our condolences to his wife and family.

Sending my sincere condolences to the Eglinton family at this very sad time. I will always remember Ron giving so generously of his time in helping to organise the PNGHS Netball Tour to Aussie back in the 80s. It has been lovely to have the occasional catch up chat about the family, whom he was so rightfully proud of, in the Golf Club carpark.
