In memoriam of Rob Dickie, who passed away ten years ago, September 4, 2010. God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be. He closed His arms around you and whispered, "Come with Me". You suffered much in silence, Your spirit did not bend, You faced your pain with courage Until the very end. With tearful eyes we watched you And saw you fade away, And although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. A Golden Heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. It caused us pain to lose you But you did not go alone, For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. It doesn't take a special day To bring you to our minds, For days without our missing you Are very hard to find. - Lovingly and sadly missed, by all your family and friends
