JOHNSTON,
Richard Daniel (Hickey):
On April 19, 2023, peacefully at Ashburton Hospital, aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of Janet. Much loved father and father-in-law of Dianne and Peter Woodward (Feilding) and Lyn (Lynette) and Mike Hurst. Treasured Poppa of Chris, Ben, Tim and Olivia, and David; Bradley and Madi, Hayden and Grace, and Joshua, and great-Poppa to Lylah, Archie, and Henry. Messages to the Johnston family, PO Box 472, Ashburton 7740. A special thank you to Princes Court and Ashburton Hospital for their loving kind care they gave our Dad. A service to celebrate Richard's life will be held in Our Chapel, cnr East and Cox Streets, Ashburton, on Monday, April 24, commencing at 2.00pm, followed by interment at the Seafield Lawn Ashburton Cemetery.
