Rex was my first boss when l moved to NZ, he was such a great personality, kind supportive and a true example of kiwi hospitality

I am very sad to hear that Rex had passed. Her was a beautiful man very handsome. He was my boyfriend at high school very kind and caring. Hank, Bill, Trish and I all hung around togeather. Many fond memories. Far too young. Ngaire Davies xx RIP

I went to high school with Rex and hung out with him on occassions. Used to go to his brothers billiard hall above the Regent Theatre on broadway in Palmerston North and have a few games. Born the same year as me it was a shock to come across this as he was too young to leave earth. You were a great friend to know Rex. I can still remember your face and your voice.
