Rewa PURDIE Obituary
In loving memory of our beautiful Māmā Rewa Olive Purdie (nee Anderson) who passed away peacefully on 16 June 2025, surrounded by her whānau. She lived a full and vibrant life from beginning to end and touched the lives of so many people along the way with her kind, compassionate heart and loving smile. Rewa will be profoundly missed by her children and their partners: Paul and Renee, Niki and Nick, Justine and Ritchie, James and Casey. She will also be missed by her doting grandchildren: Alex, Elle, Sydney, Rawiri, Charley, Mela, Keri, Perrin & Callan, and all her dearest friends. Forever dancing among the stars!

We will never forget Rewa, although we lost touch when she went to Australuz. Rewa was very kind to us when we moved into a rented house opposite her in Milson when we atlrrived from UK. I also worked many years on night shift af PNPH . Rewa was a truly Professional and kind and caring Nurse whose smile was unforgettable. We are sure she will be smiling down on all her loved ones.

Condolences to Rewa´s children. I worked with Rewa for years in the ICU at Palmerston North Hospital. She was kind, super helpful, hard working, and a joy to be around! I´ll always remember her laugh. RIP Rewa.
