COLLINS, Reginald "Reg"
Late of Dalby, passed away peacefully on 13th January 2015, aged 81 years.
Beloved Husband of Sheila (dec'd). Dearly loved Father of Rob, Sue, George, John, Neville, Mark and Michael. Loving Father in law, Pop and Great Grand Pop of their families. Survived by his brother Bob.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Reg's Graveside Service at Myall Remembrance Park, Bunya Highway Dalby, commencing at 10.00am Monday 19th January 2015.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Karingal Hospital Auxiliary, gift envelopes available at the service.
