Phyllis POWER Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 20 May 2025, aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Jim. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Bernie & Anna, Cathy & Pete, Jan & Dean, Helen, Christine, and Daniel. Dearly loved by her 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. All messages to the Power family, c/- 167 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North. A Requiem mass will be held at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, 197 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, on Monday 26 May 2025 at 11.00am, followed by interment at Waikanae Cemetery.

Thanks for the joy and love you and Jim brought to the Waikanae Parish and then to OLOKapiti Parish. You were such a lively, lovely couple. Thanks for the warm welcome, cups of tea and hot discussions re TV programs and novels I enjoyed in your beautiful home! You loved the parish family as much as you loved your own beautiful family.
