Churchill Ave sand pit, double up's on the push bike, always fun to hit Feilding and hang out with cousin Pete! We were naughty. You had a tough 4th quarter to life and deserved better but you were still loved and admired just for being Pete.

Worked with Peter for many years..
Had some great laugh's.. fooling around.
Peter was always quick with his one line's... Always and a good come back to most jokes..
Very sad what happened..
He had great plans for his future.. talked about it lots..
One little story ..
Peter was sell his blue Holden. I said to him .. park it on the grass on rangitikei.. he thought that was a good idea..
So he parked it on the grass.. I picked him up...
Couple hours later. I got a friend to his cellphone. Saying they worked for the council..
And if he didn't remove his car in the next 10min.. it would be towed..lol.. I never seen peter move so fast ..
So sad to hear of your passing my friend...
Will see you on the other side one day..
Thanks for all the memories...des

I will always remember my time at Hall's with "Motty", he had a mischievous nature about him and a happy disposition and was always helpful to workmates. He was a true family man from what I gather and was so proud of his children. Rest in peace Pete.
Regards Brian Davies.

Such a sad and tough journey for Pete especially..but also for all those that knew and loved him. On behalf of myself and Abbey (who had the privilege of being one of Pete's caregivers for a period of time) we pass on our deepest sympathy and love to you all. Pete was a great guy who certainly didnt deserve to be taken so young. Rest peacefully Pete xx
