To the Mepham family.
So sorry to read of Peg's passing.
It was always a pleasure to go into the Toko shop when Peg & Keith were running it, always cheerful,a bit of leg pulling, & the odd snippet of news,I will never forget them. Peg also a cheerful neighbour around the corner in P.Nth.
Regrettably on holiday the day of her service, otherwise I would have attended.
Please accept my sincere sympathy.
Peter Claridge.

Mrs Meph, PegLeg
Such a great loyal friend of my Mum & Dad (Ernest & Marion Clarke)
I hold fond memories sneaking lollies and playing with the train set at the Tokomaru Dairy, Singing and Dancing at our family gatherings, the wedding bouquets and beautiful hand painted gifts, a lady of many talents, all with loads of hearty giggles.
Thanks for the memories Mrs Meph
Thoughts to all the family at this time of sorrow.

To all of Peggys family, our condolences to you all. Your Mum was one of the people who over her lifetime has reached out and been there for our family and the many families of Tokomaru, giving help in many ways - a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on or a dish of some kind to tide you through. Wayne will always remember Peg as a "fellow punter" who along with the Late Maxine Taylor they would pick Peg up from the shop. Peg would climb into the car, hellos to them both, full of smiles, telling who was going to win in the 1st - and with her dinner!
RIP Peggy and may you and Keith be reunited at last.

From Wayne and Arlene Dunn and family,
also on behalf of the late Willie and Nola Penn and their families.

From One Gardener to Another ..

God looked around his garden,
And found an empty space.
Then he looked down upon this earth,
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you,
And lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be so beautiful
He only takes the best.

Peg was such a "TREASURE".
Sending love to Peg's Family at this time.
Rest well Peg with your precious Keith.

Love From,
Mandy Clarkson (nee Pedley)

To Alison,Ross and Julie ( and your families)
There wouldn´t be too many people in Tokomaru whose life wasn´t touched by your lovely mother.
She was so bright and cheerful: always doing for others, made the best sponges, my late father and I can vouch for those . Back together with your Dad.
Rest in Peace Peggy we all loved you .
