MAX, Patricia Irene (Pat):
Pat's family and extended family wish to sincerely thank all of you for your thoughtfulness and support during our recent sad and difficult loss of a dearly loved wife, Mum, Step Mum, Sister, Nana and Great Nana. Thank you to all who attended her service. Everyone's participation helped to make Pat's farewell a wonderful celebration of her life. Special thanks to Pastor Anton for his support through this time and also a big thanks to the Staff of Masonic Court Rest Home & Hospital, Olive Tree, Lavender Blue Homecare and to Dr Tim Linton for the care extended to Pat. The kindness has been overwhelming and will always be remembered. Thank you.
