Patricia BEDFORD Obituary

Formerly of Palmerston North. Pat passed away peacefully in Melbourne, Australia, on Monday, September 4, 2023, aged 94 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Jim Bedford, beloved mother of Sue and the late Alastair Lacey (Palmerston North), Gayle (Tauranga), Ann and Andrew (Melbourne), Graham, and Truly Godfrey (Tauranga). Greatly loved Nana/Nan of Matthew and Emma-lisa Lacey, Sarah and Sio Vaelua, Pagan and Chris Service, Jordan Godfrey, Forrest Bedford and Asher Godfrey. Adored Granny/Nana Bedford of her 12 great-grandchildren: Amalie, Alastair, Scarlet, Harrison, Levi (deceased), Jentzen, Baxter, Luca, Hosea, Louie, Everly and Aria. Loved sister-in-law of Dorothy and Vic Osborne (deceased) of Palmerston North. Much loved Auntie to Mary Osborne (deceased), Cliff and Jane Osborne (Tauranga) and to her great-niece and nephew Kate Osborne and Michael Osborne (Tauranga). A time to gather, honour and celebrate Pat's life with the sharing of stories, memories and tributes will take place on Friday, September 15 at 11.00am, Salt Auditorium, 27 Matipo Street, Palmerston North 4442.
