Pamela THOMSON Obituary

THOMSON, Pamela June:
3 December 1940 –
9 March 2023
Very dearly loved wife of Haig for 62 years. Much loved and devoted mother of Jonathan, Andrew, Hamish and the late Hayley Jane. Grandmother of her 10 grandchildren and great-grandmother of her 19 great-grandchildren. After much struggle Pamela died peacefully at the Palmerston North Hospital. Our heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses of Opal ward for their kindly care of Pamela over a number of weeks. In keeping with Pamela's wishes a family farewell was held on Monday 13 March 2023.

Sincere condolences to Haig and the family on the passing of Pam who was a great friend and neighbour in JFK Drive to my late mother, Betty Thompson. I shall always remember Pam for her warm smile and greetings, when I visited Mum, at home. She was a lovely lady and is now at rest.
