Noelene MARSHALL Obituary
Aged 96. Passed away peacefully with family by her side. Dearly loved and special wife of Allen for 69 years. Cherished sister of Rex Andrews (deceased). Proud Mother, and Mother-in-Law, of Barry and Royleen, and Ross and Liz. Devoted Nana to Cathy and Tom, Robert, Alice and Aaron, Lucy, and Ella. Precious 'Nan Nan' to Walker. Big thank you to the OPAL unit at Palmerston North Hospital, the Cook Street Nursing Care Centre, and the West End Medical Centre for all of your love and care. As per Noelene's wishes, a private service has been held. Messages to the Marshall family, c/- Beauchamp Funeral Home, 167 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North.

To Allen, Barry, Royleen, Ross , Liz and family, Lyn and I were saddened to hear of Noelene's passing and send our condolences with thoughts and prayers. I remember as a young one growing up in Palmy when Allen and Noelene used to call on Dad and Mum in Heretaunga Street and there was a lot of laughter during those visits. I remember as a kid calling on the house in Featherston Street where Noelene always gave us a soft drink and a biscuit with a cheery welcome. Has been great connecting with my older cousins and their families. Enjoyed Allen's account of Tennis 'matches' between Noelene and Thelma Turner v Allen and Bruce!! A great lady in a life well lived. Rest in Peace Noelene
