Noel HANNAN Obituary

HANNAN, Noel Joseph:
28.8.1928 - 21.3.2023
Passed away quietly at Metlife Care, Palmerston North. Treasured, fun loving, cheeky friend to Christine and Tony (Dunedin), Lorraine, Colorado, Kay, Mike and Susan Coles (Palmerston North). Noel much appreciated the support and life skills given to him by BLVNZ when he first lost his sight. Also of the care he received at Metlife Care. Always a true blue southern man. A private cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held at a later date to allow family members to attend. After which Noel's ashes will be returned to the Broad Bay Cemetery, Dunedin.

About 12 years ago I worked at the BNZ where Noel did his banking. Such a lovely gentleman with a nice sense of humour. His support person was lovely too. RIP Noel. You will be missed.

HANNAN, Noel Joseph:
Of Palmerston North (formerly of Dunedin and Invercargill). Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 21 March 2023, aged 94 years. Father of Lynn, Michael, John and the late Jane. A Memorial service for Noel will be held at a later date.
