Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Neil was a good man with a quirky sense of humour. He was an overcomer. He lived a colourful life with the love of his life Marg and has left a wonderful legacy to the wider family. Eric loved Neil dearly and regularly talked about him and his horses. I have fond memories of Neil and especially my visits in latter years. I always felt Neil admired and supported my achievements in Music and he liked talking about Helen and Pats music business to me. Neil was very proud of you all as a family and especially his darling Marg. I am very sorry I am unable to attend the funeral as I only found about the news today and I am in Auckland with Jessie doing her uni exams. We plan to visit in the near future and catch up. Love to you all. xxxxxx Kate Candy
