Nancy Elizabeth
(nee Mason):
Went to be with Jesus on Wednesday 7th March 2018. Much loved wife of Bryan (Ben), mother and mother-in-law of Nadine and Craig Linn, Ma of Jacob and Bevan Linn, and sister and sister-in-law of Sally Rule, Ian and Marie Mason. In lieu of flowers, Nancy has requested that donations be made to the Anglican Parish of the Oroua Curate Fund in recognition of Nancy's lifetime involvement with young people in her locality and further afield. Please join us for a celebration of Nancy's life at St John the Evangelist Church, Camden Street, Feilding, on Tuesday 13th March at 11.00am.

Chris and I have just heard (from googling Nancy's name) that our lovely friend, Nancy Goodwin, died on 7 March. We got to know Nancy Mason, as she was then, from our time at All Soul's, Langham Place, London, when we were all members of ASIF. Such a lovely, bubbly person, full of love for others. She even cycled all the way from London to Eastbourne (66 miles) with our other New Zealand friends, Janet and Daphne, to come to our wedding in June 1967!!
Although living in different countries, we always kept in touch and had the delight of meeting up again with her, Ben and Nadine, when we visited New Zealand 4 years ago. She loved and served Jesus with all her heart and so had a BIG heart for everyone. She is now with Him for eternity.
Ben and Nadine, Chris and I are so sorry for your loss. Nancy will leave a huge hole but her love and influence will live on in you both and in all of our memories.

Nadine, Thinking of you on 18th April, it will be hard to celebrate your Birthday without your treasured Mum, who worried so much about you. She will be looking down as your Guardian Angel. Thank you for sending us her photo to keep safe. Much Love to Dad too who takes 2 special family names, as his Christian names, Bryan and Ben, so sorry to spell them wrong before. Nancy really was one in a million. Her quiet steadfastness and gentle manner valued much by our Bedford family in particular over the years. We found her always kind and lovely to be around. To Ben, Nadine, Sally, Ian and families, my deepest sympathy to you all. Nancy was a close friend from High School, and though we didn't catch up very often it was easy to carry on the friendship. She lived a life of faith, and stood up for what she believed. I have a good memory of her speaking at the Crystal Cathedral. Wow!
