ABRAMS, Myra (née Salomon)
With dignity, on Saturday, August 12, 2017. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Steven and Laurie, and Robert. Cherished grandma of Daniel, Eric, Justin and Juliana. She will be deeply missed by her sisters-in-law, Carole Salomon and Eileen Katz, her dearest companion, Charles Fauteux, and her many great friends. Predeceased by her husband, Henry Cukoff. Daughter of the late Irwin and the late Nettie (née Bessin) Salomon, and the sister of the late David Salomon. Myra will be missed by her nieces, nephews and many cousins. An avid bridge player and a tax specialist for over 30 years, she touched many people's lives. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Monday, August 14 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, 5015 rue de la Savane, H4P 1V1. Shiva at her home, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily through Wednesday evening. Contributions in Myra's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
