Monica (Gran):
Lyall and Denise, Donna and Duey and family wish to sincerely thank the kind and caring people who have sent cards, messages, flowers, food, phoned, visited and donated to St John Health Shuttle during the sad time of Gran's passing. Special thanks to those who attended the service and to Fr Bryan for leading this for us. We would also like to sincerely thank all medical staff of P.N. Hospital concerned with Mum's care during her time there.
