SUTHERLAND, Michelle Wendy. - As a family where the hell do we begin, with her circle of friends Dan, leigh, Anne, Faye, Mal, Pat and David - what amazing friends you guys are. To Jan and Doctor Emmanuel from City Doctors - thank you for always making the time and fitting her in. To the District Nurses - as a team you were magnificent. To the ED staff, through to the various wards and clinics that she was involved in but especially to Doctor Garry Forgeson - thank you for everything. To Craig from Grant Irvine Pharmacy - thanks for answering all of her questions. We also wish to thank all those who sent cards, flowers, baking and messages, and last but not least thank you to the rest of the family for being there. She's with the angels now and remember that.
