Oh Mike you will be sadly missed, sending sincere sympathies too Chrissy and your family, I´m unfortunately unable to come to your funeral but you will be in my thoughts tomorrow.
I meet Mike through working along side him as a driver with Cross Country Rentals. What a kind helpful friendly mate. He taught me his run, helped me change a tyre on one of the vans, many waves to say hi and loads more. You are a gentle soul, RIP

Sorry to hear of Mikes passing. I road bikes with him in The Roadrunners motorcycle club in the 1970s and again in the Harley owners club in later years. Sorry we can not attend the funeral today as presently in Dunedin but will certainly be thinking of you all.

To the Harris family sorry for your loss and condolences to everyone. My late father knew the Harris family, especially John and Mike. Mike was working for the ministry of Transport and riding the motorcycles. My late father (George Watson) was an engine reconditioner. I remember many visits by Mike to our house and dads workshop.
R.I.P Mike.
