John's family wish to sincerely thank everyone who supported us at the time of John's death, Thank you for the phone calls, cards, flowers, baking; meals and tributes. Thank you to the many people who attended John's funeral service and those who watched the livestream. Thank you to John's bowling friends for the guard of honour. We thank Roger Wilson for leading the service and for the help John's church friends gave him over the years. Also thanks to the staff at Calvary Hospital for the care of John. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement from John's family.
