To the Keane and Larsen Families, we send our deepest sympathy as you mourn the loss of dear Maureen. She was in my Sunday School Primary Class countless years ago, and I always loved the way she was like a little mother to her siblings. From the time that Maureen's Uncle married my older sister, I have always looked upon the Larsen Family as my extended family and love them as such. In your sadness now, know that others care and although it is difficult to find the right words at times like this, Royce & I embrace you all with understanding sympathy, tons of love, thoughts and Prayers. May you feel God given strength to help you through this time of sorrow. God bless. xox Eileen & Royce xox

Words cannot express how we feel. We really feel that a part of us is gone as you were such an important part of our lives. Everyday we thought of you. Your courage and fierce independence was obvious for everyone to see. To be honest I dont know how we progress from here. The loss is very deep. You were Simply the Best. Love you forever

I'm glad you are no longer suffering.
Thank you for pushing me, telling me my dreams were not impossible and reminding me that no one else's opinion should matter. You were an amazing aunty and I appreciate every moment we shared.
I love you always, and will miss you very much.
Turou Hawaiki (may the Force be with you),

Saddened to hear of Cousin Maureens passing. Have fond memories of our childhood days at Foxton and Foxton Beach.
Thinking of you all and sorry I can't attend Maureens Service due to COVID restrictions.
Sister Pam from Chathams Islands sends her deepest condolences too.
Much love from Cousin Ngaire xxx

KEANE, Maureen:
Maureen passed away Friday 26 February 2021 at Ranfurly Resthome Feilding aged 73. Maureen put up a very brave and courageous fight. Eventually she knew it was time to leave. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Ranfurly whose care of Maureen was exceptional. It was carried out with much love and consideration. A much loved sister and sister-in-law of Christine and Wayne Browne.
Will be greatly missed
by both our families
