15.4.1937 - 6.4.2019
(Formerly of Palmerston North and Sydney). Died peacefully in his 82nd year at Christchurch Hospital with his soulmate Pam at his side. Messages to the Andrew Family, c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. There will be a private farewell for John.
