Marion BARKER Obituary

I have so many wonderful memories of Aunty Marion. She and Uncle Ian were very dear friends of Mum and Dad. Perhaps their oldest friends having met in the 60s. As a girl I remember Aunty Marion sewing me things and probably knitting me things too. She has this fabulous laugh and I loved that she was such a cheerful person. Even as an adult Aunty Marion was still there for me and supported me at times, as I raised my own children. She was just always there, in the background, happy to lend a hand and offer a kind word or gesture. I feel so blessed to have had an Aunty like that - thank you Raewyn and Michael for sharing your Mum with me. I´ll miss her. I have a few precious photos of her from over the years which I´ve attached.
