Marie Jean (neé Dykes):
Passed away peacefully on Friday, 1 September 2017, at her home, aged 80 years. Much loved wife of the late Nevin. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Murray and Lisa; Greg and Lesley; Trent and Mylene; and Janine and grandmother to her 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A memorial service for Marie will be held at 53 Bredins Line, Marton, on Saturday, 9 September 2017 at 2.00pm. Communications can be sent to the Bott family, c/- PO Box 1014, Palmerston North.

My condolences to the Bott family on losing both of your parents in a short space of time. I remember all the times I used to visit them in Bulls and the conversation had to contend with the Cockatoo, he could be heard from my place across the road. I have a little jumper here that I spun the wool and knitted from one of Nevin's chocolate brown sheep. They were great neighbours. RIP
