John, my sympathy to you and the family. I have appreciated Marian's friendship which included wonderful conversations ranging over many topics from our faith journeys to the latest books on her reading list. Her wonderful smile seemed to represent her compassionate and practical approach to life. May she rest in peace

John, Robyn, Trish, Mark and all the grandchildren, we offer our sincere aroha and sympathy in your loss of Marian.
Marian lived her life with faith, love and grace and blessed many people, ourselves included, as a teacher, Lay Leader and a friend.
There were many a conversation I had with her, among them her faith journey, her personal life, her family and also our exchanging of our 'book list' because we were both avid readers.
We are sorry we are unable to be with you all this morning, to farewell her but we have full confidence in the God of justice, peace and love who will restore her to full competency. "Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror but then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part but then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known:" (1 Corinthians 13: 12) May she rest in peace and rise in glory.
Sincerely Annette and David
