Jacqueline, Mark, Peter and Amelia, Elizabeth, and the extended family wish to sincerely thank the kind and caring people who sent cards, letters, flowers, food, baking, phoned, and visited us during the sad time of the passing of our much loved Mum, grandmother, sister and friend. Thanks also to those who attended the service for Mandy and to Rev. Brenda Marshall for leading the service. We have appreciated the thoughtfulness of so many.

Over the short time we knew one another Mandy welcomed me into her home and her family. I feel honoured to have known her and privileged to have shared her company and conversation. Her memory will be kept very much alive for her grandson, my son. I hope that through her children's remembrances and through her beautiful artwork he will, as he grows up, learn about her strength of character and enormous talent. It is a great sadness to me that they did not get to spend more time together. With much love,x

Mandy you were an inspiration, a bright and positive person,a great conversationalist, someone who could make a dull day be sunny. I really enjoyed your input in the Garden Group in Pahiatua and enjoyed chewing the bacon over several issues together. Your wonderful art will be treasured by those who loved you. You were just the best.I never ever got your email right, but you were never far from my thoughts when things Pahiatua came up.Deepest Sympathy to your family.
